Who we are and what we do?

Education

We offer customised educational workshops where we prioritise engaging young people in discussions around policies, politics and participation. As young people move from school onto further education, employment or perhaps a more bespoke positive destination; it’s our desire that all young people use our political structures and policies to build a bright and secure future. We cover everything from social medial use when you’re in employment, sexual harassment in the workplace to registering to vote. We will work with young people across their many educational establishments, third sector groups and even with their early years employers.

Collaborative, Third Sector Advocacy

We believe that no third sector organisation should miss out on first class advocacy for their service users or be without a voice within our parliamentary chambers. We at SheBlooms aim to provide top quality representation across local and national Governments, ensuring representation during legislative processes and that elected members engage in a positive manner with their constituents to whom they serve.

Adaptive Partnerships

In an ever-changing world we aim to adapt with the needs of your organisation and its valuable clients. Our services are designed to work with flexibility and with a cost-effective approach. In this economic climate every penny matters and we want to ensure our services provide real results, without compromising delivery.

Continuous Improvement

We believe in the power of ongoing support and feedback. Our partnership extends beyond initial consultations, ensuring your organization continues to grow and succeed.

About Our Founder

Hi Im Rosa. My most important job is being a parent but my career passion is representation, fairness and equality for all. Over the past decade, I have combined frontline political experience with community leadership, serving both as a staff member for a Member of the Scottish Parliament and as an Elected Councillor. This work gave me a deep understanding of how policy, representation, and grassroots advocacy intersect in people’s everyday lives. Through supporting constituents, shaping local initiatives, and championing equality-focused agendas, I developed a strong commitment to advancing women’s rights, inclusion, and fair access to opportunity. Building on this experience, I now work as a consultant in equality, women’s issues, and advocacy—helping organisations strengthen their approach to inclusion, amplify underrepresented voices, and create environments where individuals and communities can grow, be heard, and thrive. My work centres on providing practical support, fostering trust between clients and elected members and advocating for meaningful, lasting change.
